How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship within 3–5 business days, coming from our LA location. Standard domestic delivery typically takes 5–10 business days after fulfillment, although we don't control 3PL. Each customer will be able to track their orders throughout the process.
Do you offer free shipping?
No, we use a third party for shipping and fulfillment. We are intentionally transparent about the shipping costs charged to W Clothing and pass the cost along at cost. Ordering multiple items in a single order economizes the shipping value.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States. International shipping options may be added in the future.

Orders
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use that number to track your package directly on the carrier's website.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Because our products are printed on demand, orders enter production quickly. As a result, we aren't in a position to change or cancel orders. Please consider this before finalizing your orders.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We take great pride in the value of our products. We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items in original packing within 30 days of delivery. Since items are made to order, we are unable to accept returns due to sizing errors — please refer to our "FAQ Sizing" Section before ordering.
My item arrived damaged or incorrect. What do I do?
We're sorry to hear that! Please contact us via the "Contact Us" page on this website with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll make it right with a replacement or store credit upon return of the product(s).
Sizing
How do your shirts fit?
Our apparel is unisex and run true to size. We recommend when in doubt, size up for a relaxed fit.
Do you offer plus sizes?
Yes! Most of our products are available in sizes S–2XL. Check the product page for the full-size range available for each design.
If a larger size is needed, please let us know via the "Contact Us" page on this website and we will do our best to accommodate your needs for a slight upcharge that will be communicated before you finalize the order.

What are your shirts made of?
Our apparel is printed on high-quality materials, the details of which (fabric blend, weight) are listed on each product page.
Will the design fade after washing?
Our prints and our apparel are designed to last. We recommend washing inside-out in cold water and tumble drying on low to preserve the print quality.
